Dancing Spins

It sounds a bit like a nano circus act: catching electrons in boxes as large as a virus to make them dance and then let them go. At the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Delft University of Technology they are particularly skilled at this game. The goal is to get control over the electrons to be able to use them as quantum bits in quantum computers.
