Intracellular Transport by Motor Proteins

Living organisms: they exist thanks to their metabolism, homeostasis, sensitivity to external stimuli and reproduction. Does this also apply at the level of a single molecule? Erwin Peterman wants to know how life works at the fundamental molecular level. With advanced techniques he pictures the movement of motor proteins, which are alternately transporting and being transported.
